How do I start?

Click on Shop in the top menu bar and browse available products.

All plants and garden art items for sale are displayed.

To look at a specific category only, click on that category in the Filter list.

Use the Search bar to search by plant name.

Click an item’s photo to get detailed information.

Click the + and – to change the quantity you want to purchase, or type in the number you want.

Once I have filled my cart, what’s next?

Complete the Checkout process.

You must pick up your order IN PERSON during the time you schedule during the purchasing process.

Whidbey Island pickups are at the Greenbank Farm, 765 Wonn Rd., Greenbank WA.

Camano Island pickups are at the Camano Multi-Purpose Center, 141 E Camano Dr., Camano WA.

How do I pay for my order?

You have three options:

1. Pay by credit card or your PayPal account during the Checkout process.

2. Pay with a check on pickup day. Make the check out to "ICMGF" or "Island County Master Gardener Foundation."

3. Pay with cash on pickup day. Must be exact amount; we will not have change.

What happens if I miss my pickup?

All orders must be picked up on Saturday, May 8, 2021 by 2 pm. If you cannot be there yourself, please have someone pick up your order.

As we have no storage capability, the plants will be returned to the grower. If you've already paid by credit card or Paypal, your money will be refunded.

How are proceeds from the sale used?

All proceeds from the sale go to the Island County Master Gardener Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that exists solely to support the WSU Extension Island County Master Gardener Program.

Foundation funds support the education and community outreach programs of the Master Gardeners, including the Education Gardens at Greenbank Farm, plant clinics, community and school garden projects, and educational workshops and classes.

Can I change my order after I have checked out?

You can buy more plants or items by placing a new order. You cannot change your existing order. Cancel the original order and place a new one. We will combine all your plants or items into one order at your originally scheduled pickup time.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have to cancel your order, please email us at Please provide your order number in the message section. Cancellations will not be accepted after April 30, 2021.

Can I change my pickup appointment?

If you have to change your appointment, email us at Please provide your current appointment information and pickup location in the message section. Changes will not be accepted after April 30, 2021.

Who do I contact for disability accommodation?

Reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities and special needs who contact Loren Imes at (360) 639-6059 or at least two weeks prior to the event.

What happens if there is a problem with a plant in my order?

We will make every effort to have your plants in the best of shape on pickup day, May 8, but we cannot guarantee it 100%. If there are any issues with a plant in your order, we can refund the amount paid for that plant, or you can consider its value as a donation to the Island County Master Gardener Foundation. Thank you.

What Covid-19 safety practices will be in use?

Plant order pickups at Whidbey and Camano locations will be outdoors and done by appointment only to limit the number of people gathering at one time. Island County Master Gardeners will assist you with your pickup and will be wearing masks and appreciate that you do the same. Limited onsite activities may be available if conditions allow for you to ask plant questions.
